Lincoln is now in a position where he is framed for the assassination of the son of the Indian Prime Minister. Michael goes over there to help him get out of the hotel he is in. Meanwhile, Mahone is sent by Michael and Lincoln to Sara’s place, where Michael still thinks that his mom is still there with Sara, telling him to try to know from here where is Scylla.

When Mahone arrives, he finds Sara tied up and he tells her to run away but she refuses and instead she stays in the house waiting for Michael to return. Self is now helping Michael and Lincoln get out of the hotel by trying to find out the cops plan of the attack. Unfortunately, part of the plan was to lock all the doors in the hotel leaving Michael and Lincoln trapped in a floor of the hotel. With Michael’s brilliant mind, they were able to get out of there. On the other hand, The General is trying to find a way to get Lincoln and Michael out of the hotel to avoid them getting caught by the feds because he doesn’t know what might they say to the cops, so he sends one of his men to take care of that.

The mission was accomplished, Michael and Lincoln now are in custody with the company. The General mentions to everyone that he gave all of them one day to get Scylla and they didn’t do that, so he decided to take action by killing Self’s wife, and before killing Self too, he was able to flee by jumping into the water. Meanwhile, Christina now made a deal with the Indian prime minister to get paid 3 billion dollars in exchange for Scylla. Michael learns that the transfer takes a couple of days, and in order for Christina to make sure the money was transferred, she decides to withdraw some of the money. Michael, Lincoln, and Mahone all discovers the bank she’s in and they go over there to get Scylla. They all go inside the bank with their faces covered and they took Scylla.

While they were leaving, Christina’s men were after them, Lincoln tells michael and mahone to run away with Scylla and he will take care of this on his own, but unfortunately he is caught by Christina’s men. Meanwhile, the General thinks that he needs leverage in order to threaten Michael, so T-bag decides that his leverage should be Sara, and the general sends him to go get her. Michael and Mahone now have Scylla, and they don’t know what to do with it.

Suddenly, Michael receives a call from the general telling him that he has got Sara, and that he knows that he’s got Scylla, if he doesn’t give it to the General, Sara will die. Another shocking event happens when Michael receives another call from his mother telling him that she has got Lincoln, she shoots Lincoln in his lungs and she tells Michael that if Lincoln doesn’t get medical care during the next five hours, he will die. Now Michael has to choose between saving either Sara or Lincoln.

“Cowboys & Indians” is the twentieth episode in the fourth season of Prison Break, and the 77th episode overall. It originally aired on May 8, 2009 on FOX.
