When it appears a serial rapist has struck again, Toby (Craig Olejnik) senses Detective Marks’ (Lisa Marcos) guilt over failing to convict him on a previous occasion. Using his telepathic powers, Toby helps gather intelligence from a traumatized victim only to realize that Marks may have some deep wounds of her own. Ennis Esmer, Mylène Dinh Robic, George Ryder and Anthony Lemke also star. Colm Feore (”24″) also guest stars.
