PETE STRUGGLES TO BREAK THROUGH TO A DEEPLY TRAUMATIZED VIOLET, ON ABC’S “PRIVATE PRACTICE”
Guest Starring Brian Benben as Dr. Sheldon Wallace “The Way We Were” – Violet is physically recovering from her violent attack at home, but the emotional trauma she suffers from isn’t going away, despite the best efforts of Pete and her other friends to help. Meanwhile, Addison and Naomi try to mend their tension-filled relationship, as Sam and Cooper treat a father, who has allegedly attacked his family, after he is stabbed by his wife, on “Private Practice,” THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
“Private Practice” stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Audra McDonald as Dr. Naomi Bennett, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Chris Lowell as William Dell Parker, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

“The Way We Were” was written by Patti Carr and Lara Olsen and directed by Donna Deitch.
“Private Practice” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.
