One Tree Hill – “Don’t You Forget About Me”
AN HOMAGE TO THE LATE DIRECTOR JOHN HUGHES — In the chaos surrounding an ‘80’s alumni dance at the high school, Haley’s (Bethany Joy Galeotti) birthday is forgotten, Jamie (Jackson Brundage) is left home alone, and Nathan (James Lafferty) and Clay (Robert Buckley) are stranded 200 miles from Tree Hill. Meanwhile, Brooke’s (Sophia Bush) appearance at the dance with Alexander (guest star Mitch Ryan) forces Julian (Austin Nichols) to relive his dorky adolescence in an episode dedicated to the memory of John Hughes. Shantel VanSanten, Lee Norris, and Lisa Goldstein also star. Les Butler directed the episode written by Terrence Coli (#715).
