In gym class at school, Meg gets assaulted by dodgeballs tossed by Connie and her team members (everyone but Meg). Afterwards she talks to her friend Ruth about how much she hates being at school, and Ruth tells her that she is spending a semester in Paris and tells Meg that she could come along. Meg then asks Peter and Lois if she can go, although they are skeptical about sending her on a long and expensive trip to Paris, but she manages to convince them she can use the money she has saved from part-time jobs to pay for it. They drop her off at the airport, and tell her to call them as soon as possible.
After she and Ruth land in Paris, they meet a handsome boy at the airport who offers to share a cab with them and they go to their apartment, when the girls leave, he makes a mysterious phone call to an unknown man (where he notes that Meg and Ruth rate about a “3″ on a scale of 1-10). When the girls get into their apartment, Ruth turns on the music and starts dancing, but Meg goes into another room and calls home. Peter picks up the phone and Meg tells him that Paris is great, but then she starts panicking and tells him that some men have broken into the apartment and kidnap Ruth and now they are coming after her, she tries to hide under the bed but they take her. One of the kidnappers picks up the phone and Peter speaks to them in a parody of Liam Neeson’s quote from the film Taken, and a man growls the words “Drakkar Noir” and hangs up.
The Griffins call the FBI and they explain that the men who have taken Meg are possibly part of a sophisticated gang of human traffickers and that they have 96 hours to find or else they will never see her again, but the FBI cannot begin investigating until, exactly 96 hours have passed. Meanwhile, Stewie decides to try and find Meg himself and enlists Brian for help, and he looks though his laptop and tracks Meg’s phone signal to her apartment and they travel to Paris to find her. When they arrive, they look through the apartment which is in shambles but manage to find the guy that Meg and Ruth met at the airport using Google Earth. When they confront him, he runs away but is quickly hit and killed by a bus and they look through his Velcro wallet and find a card with an address.
They track the address to a slum and Stewie plans to have them pose as Eastern European cologne salesmen and try to find out who exactly was the man that spoke on the phone. They interview three men and manage to find a match, Stewie then kills the two other men and engages the third in a brutal fight but wins and demands to know where Meg is, he tells them that they keep girls upstairs. They go up to investigate and find a bunch of sick girls handcuffed to beds, and then they find a girl is wearing Meg’s hat and she explains that Meg gave it to her and that she and several others were taken to a sex slave auction. Fortunately, a shuttle bus provides rides to the auction’s location every 20 minutes.
Brian manages to sneak them into the auction by disguising himself as a Saudi auctioneer and Stewie as a slave girl. But they are seperated and Brian finds himself in an auction booth where he sees others participating, one the girls is Stewie and Brian buys him for $500,000, but then one of the guards finds out who they really are and hold them at gun point just as they see Meg who is bought by someone else.
They are then handcuffed to pipes and a man comes down to execute them, but then Brian breaks them loose and they get the guy to tell them who bought Meg. They go outside to see Meg being forced into a car and drive off, but they manage to chase it to the docks where they see Meg being taken onto a boat. As the boat leaves, they manage to jump on and they look for Meg while shoot all the guards. Meanwhile, Meg is brought to the man who bought her but he explains that he does not want her to be a slave, but a wife for his young handsome son, who tells Meg that he will love her forever.
Meg says yes to his proposal, but before they can kiss, Stewie bursts in and shoots him in the head and then uses a device to erase Meg’s memory. Back at home, the family is happy to see Meg is alright although thanks to Stewie, she does not remember much about the experience, she remembers that one minute she was being proposed to, and the next she wakes up in a French hospital. Lois said that they found Ruth, but her tongue was cut out, but they are all just happy that she is alright. Peter tells his daughter they saved her mail while she was in Paris, then admits she did not receive any mail while she was gone.
