In the episode, Peter is introduced to a new worker who is deaf called Stella (voiced by Marlee Matlin), replacing Opie. Quagmire goes to Peter’s office to invite him to the clam, and falls for Stella. Quagmire says that it doesn’t matter if she’s deaf, so invites her to the bar too. Quagmire made that night’s clam into a night for disabled women (other people can also come in), where Brian meets a blind girl named Kate (voiced by Sara Fletcher). When Brian attempts to kiss her, a dog barks and Kate complains the noise and states that she hates dogs, but since she is blind, she thinks that Brian is a human. Brian takes a step away by leaving that time, with a fear of being discovered that he is a dog.

Brian decides to take his steps slowly, first by making more impression for Kate, and when he reveals that he is a dog it won’t matter. Having that plan, Brian pretends he is mugged by a group of people, making noises of punches and kicks, then pretending to take her to the Eiffel Tower, just by using an escalator (pretending to be the steps). Kate thinks Brian is amazing and decides to let him meet her parents, who aren’t blind. Stewie helps him by pretending to be a nurse, telling the parents that he had an accident, bandaged up that covers his nose. When Brian gets flattered, his tail wags that creates noise, so Stewie cuts it off. The parents then realize something is strange, until a waiter accidently pours water onto his bandage, revealing his unharmed nose. Kate then gets furious and leaves. Thankfully, Stewie tells Brian to use another voice to fool Kate to get another chance, which works.

In a minor sub-plot, Stewie catches a splinter from the old staircase, so Lois decides to switch it for a new one, but Peter keeps on falling down, complaining that it is too slippery. He then lives in his bedroom until Lois changes back to the old one. In the end, Lois changes it back to the old one when Peter proceeds to fall down the new one once more.

“The Blind Side” is the eleventh episode of the tenth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. The episode originally aired on Fox in the United States on January 15, 2012.

Meg turns 18 and the family takes her to a Teen Choice Awards show. When they return, Peter reveals, to Lois’ annoyance, that the cars parked on the street are people here for Meg’s surprise party. When they go inside the house, they find that nobody has turned up to the party. Lois asks Chris what he did with the $300 she gave him to pay kids to come to the party; he reveals that he used it to pay Peter to come. It turns out that the cars parked in the street are for Mort’s Jewish fight club.

Meanwhile, Quagmire comes to the party and and starts flirting with Meg, leading to a dinner date. When Peter notices Quagmire is taking it too far, he slows it down by disturbing their dates and conversations. Meg tells Peter that since she is 18, she can legally make her own decisions. Lois, meanwhile, urges Peter to back off because she feels that Meg is doing it only to get a rise out them, and that if they show objection she will only push further.

Quagmire asks Meg to go to his cabin with him, and Peter is fine with it. Lois is not, however, telling him that Quagmire calls the cabin his “sex cabin” (Peter replies that he actually calls it the “Stuff It Inn”). Peter and Lois then try to stop them from driving to the cabin, but fail when they drive away. When Quagmire takes his last step with Meg, Peter and Lois force entry into the cabin and demand that Meg go home. Meg is initially defiant, arguing that she is a legal adult, but Peter persists and tells her that even if she is 18, he is still her father and that it is his job to protect her from people like Quagmire, and demands Meg get in the car, which she reluctantly agrees to do.

Lois then warns Quagmire to leave Meg alone, or she will cut his penis off and feed it to Brian. Lois also demands that they have use of the cabin for one week each month, to which Quagmire agrees. Back home, Meg thanks her parents for stopping her from doing something she would have regretted. Peter says he understands how she feels, and then delivers an audition-style monologue about his first relationship with an older woman, ending with “and…scene”.

“Meg and Quagmire” is the tenth episode of the tenth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. The episode originally aired on Fox in the United States on January 8, 2012.

A snowstorm has invaded Quahog, Rhode Island, with baby Stewie set to visit his grandparents, Carter and Barbara Pewterschmidt at their mansion. While on the drive there, Carter falls asleep at the wheel and crashes his car into a tree. The three then go to the hospital, where Griffin family neighbor Joe Swanson, a police officer, alerts Carter that he must revoke his drivers license. His wife, Barbara, then suggests that the two retire. Carter is reluctant at first, but eventually agrees to do so.

Later that day, Carter decides to visit his son-in-law, Peter, along with his friends Joe and Quagmire at the local bar, to their chagrin. Carter also decides to live with the Griffin family, and attempts to find someone to hang out with. Peter voices his distaste of the situation, and suggests that they put Carter and Barbara in a retirement home in Florida.

The family then drives to Florida, and checks out a retirement community. Impressed at first, Carter then refuses to live in the community, fearing that he is getting too old. Peter decides to talk to Carter on his own, in an attempt to convince him to live in the home, and promises to show him how great it is to be retired. The two then perform various tasks, including playing bingo, with Carter then eventually agreeing to live there. Six months later, Barbara calls the Griffin family, alerting him that something is wrong with Carter.

When they arrive, they discover that he has become grumpy, and even more tired and elderly. Attempting to fix him, Peter, Lois and Barbara take him to his old business in Quahog. Peter then angers Carter, by making a series of demands about the business, causing him to return to his old self.

“Grumpy Old Man” is the ninth episode of the tenth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. The episode originally aired on Fox in the United States on December 11, 2011.

When former Griffin family neighbor Cleveland Brown returns to Quahog for a week, he visits his old friends Peter, Joe and Quagmire at the local bar. When Peter gets tired of his wife, Lois, constantly demanding for him to do chores, the group decides to take a road trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. Left to their devices, the wives resort to wine-induced childish antics which include forcing Brian into a bee costume.

While driving through a rural area in Georgia, Peter and his group are pulled over by a sheriff, causing Peter to talk down to the officer. But more offended by Cleveland’s attempt to calmly explain themselves, the sheriff punches out one of their headlights and plants a bag of marijuana in their trunk before then taking the group to a trial by a jury of their peers. Found guilty, the group are sent to a county work camp where they are forced to perform various tasks, including ditch digging and rock crushing. As their stay in the jail supposedly comes to an end, the warden then approaches them and tells them that their stay has been extended an additional thirty days.

Learning from another prisoner that they might be locked up forever, the group decides to break out of the prison with the prison guards’ eyes diverted by Joe’s distraction of him trying to get back on his wheelchair on his own. Successful in their attempt, they soon come across a house where discover a set of handcuff and shackle keys before learning that they are in the home of sheriff that originally arrested them. When the sheriff returns home, Peter tries to pretend to be his wife while hiding in a closet, but he inadvertently jumps out of the closet, and causes the sheriff to chase after them. The entire police force then comes after the group of friends until they are able to jump on a train and and arrive in Quahog, only for the group to find police force followed them. However, Joe to reveals that he called his own police force and drives the sheriff’s group out of town.

“Cool Hand Peter” is the eighth episode of the tenth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. The episode originally aired on Fox in the United States on December 4, 2011.

The Griffin family decide to travel to the amusement park Six Flags, but when Peter is unable to ride the roller coasters because he is too overweight, he becomes disappointed. Peter’s two friends, Joe and Quagmire, then convince him to go on a diet in order to be able to ride the coaster. He is unable to lose any weight however, and simply decides to wear a girdle instead. The family then travels to Ohio in order to ride a new roller coaster titled The Holocaust.

Able to ride the roller coaster, Peter gets on the ride, but it is unable to make it up the first hill, and falls under Peter’s weight. Deciding to return home, the car suddenly breaks down in Amish country, with no mechanic or modern civilization in sight. The family approaches the group of Amish workers and asks if they can stay in their village for the weekend. When Meg begins complaining about the lack of electricity, and other common devices, a local Amish boy, named Eli, decides to take her on a tour of their village. The two then begin to exchange kisses, but the boy’s father interrupts them, and instructs the two to never see each other again.

Meg approaches her father, Peter, about talking to the Eli’s father to let his son date her, but when Peter tries to introduce him to music, he unintentionally turns the Amish community against him. They then demand that the Griffin family leave, but they explain that they cannot leave until there car is fixed. The Amish then reveal that they have attached two horses to pull the car back to their home. Eli also decides to follow Meg, and the group then returns to Quahog. Later that day, the Amish follow the family to Quahog, and vandalize the Griffin’s home, resulting in Peter declaring war against the group.

A battle ensues, with both sides equally matched. Peter and Eli’s father then begin to fist fight in order to settle the matter on their own, but when Eli stops his father, he tells him that he is truly in love with Meg. Eli decides to stay in Amish country, however, telling her that it is his true home, and the two embrace in one final hug. The episode finishes with a photo montage referencing that of 1983′s film National Lampoon’s Vacation.

“Amish Guy” is the seventh episode of the tenth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. The episode originally aired on Fox in the United States on November 27, 2011.
