“TOUCH” RECONNECTS WITH A HEART-POUNDING THRILL RIDE IN THE SPECIAL TWO-HOUR SEASON TWO PREMIERE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, ON FOX

Season Two of TOUCH picks up right where Season One left off – with Kiefer Sutherland’s character, MARTIN, on the run with his son, JAKE (David Mazouz). Martin is determined to keep Jake safe from those who want to exploit his supernatural abilities, but Jake is on a mission of his own – to find the elusive Amelia (Saxon Sharbino). When Jake leads Martin to Los Angeles and to Amelia’s mother, LUCY ROBBINS (Maria Bello), these three form an ad hoc family, searching for the girl who may be the key to understanding Jake’s abilities.

Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) try to figure out the message of the Hunter’s mark, while Shane reveals more of the legend of Silas and the witch Qetsiyah, along with his own personal history. Back in Mystic Falls, Tyler (Michael Trevino) confronts Klaus (Joseph Morgan), and Caroline (Candice Accola) is caught up in the violence that follows. DANGEROUS LIAISONS — When Rebekah (Claire Holt) turns down Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) plea to stop Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) and protect Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), Klaus turns to Stefan (Paul Wesley) for help. After an angry confrontation with her father, Mayor Hopkins (guest star Rick Worthy), over his unconventional approach to ending the violence in Mystic Falls, Bonnie (Kat Graham) has a frightening run-in with Kol, followed by an unexpected visitor.

Klaus complicates the already tense feelings between Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) by revealing a bit of Stefan’s personal life, then surprises Damon by asking for personal advice. Elena (Nina Dobrev) tells Stefan about her dangerous plan for Jeremy, leaving Stefan in a difficult spot. When the high school’s 1980s Decade Dance is cancelled by Mayor Hopkins, Stefan finds a charming way to make it up to a disappointed Rebekah. Veteran Procedural Renewed for Ninth Season on FOX

FOX has renewed the hit series BONES for its upcoming ninth season, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company.

“After more than 150 episodes, BONES continues to be one of television’s most dynamic and consistent dramas,” said Reilly. “We at FOX, along with millions of zealous fans, look forward to seeing where the incredible creative team takes the series next season.”

BONES returns with all-new episodes, beginning with a special two-hour Winter Premiere Monday, Jan. 14 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In the episode, “The Diamond in the Rough/The Archeologist in the Cocoon,” the Jeffersonian team investigates the death of a professional ballroom dancer who was murdered three days before her audition on a popular dancing competition show. In order to solve the case, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) go undercover as dance competitors to see if they can find potential suspects. Then, the team investigates the murder of a well-known archeologist with a questionable reputation, who came upon a career-defining discovery right before his death.

BONES is a darkly amusing procedural centered on a highly skilled forensic anthropologist and an FBI agent. These unlikely partners take on homicide cases involving human remains that most forensic specialists can’t handle. The series stars Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, TJ Thyne, Michaela Conlin, Tamara Taylor and John Francis Daley.

All-New Episodes of THE MINDY PROJECT Return Tonight on FOX
Actor, producer, writer and director Seth Rogen will guest-star on THE MINDY PROJECT on Tuesday, Feb. 19 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

In the episode, “The One That Got Away,” MINDY (Mindy Kaling) reunites with her “first kiss,” SAM (Seth Rogen). The pair reminisce about their time at Jewish summer camp, and soon rekindle the sparks of their teen romance.

Seth Rogen is currently starring in the feature film “The Guilt Trip,” opposite Barbara Streisand. He recently completed production on the apocalyptic comedy “The End of the World,” which he co-directed along with friend and writing partner Evan Goldberg (the film also features Mindy Kaling). Past film credits include “50/50,” “Knocked Up,” “Superbad,” “Pineapple Express,” “The Green Hornet” and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin.” His TV credits include “Undeclared” and “Freaks and Geeks.”

THE MINDY PROJECT returns with all-new episodes starting tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 8 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. BORN TO BE WILD — Connor (guest star Todd Williams) continues his search to uncover the secrets of Mystic Falls and tries to convince Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) to work with him. With Dr. Fell’s (guest star Torrey DeVitto) help, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) question Connor, but the confrontation takes a lethal turn. Trying to keep her new life as normal as possible, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is determined to continue her senior year at Mystic Falls High with support from Matt (Zach Roerig) and Caroline (Candice Accola). Rebekah’s (Claire Holt) arrival at school makes it difficult for Elena to control her anger, but she learns that confronting Rebekah can be extremely dangerous.

Later, Rebekah realizes how alone she is, and reaches out to April (guest star Grace Phillips). Stefan (Paul Wesley) takes Elena on a thrilling motorcycle ride in an effort to show her that life can still be fun. Tyler (Michael Trevino) gets a surprise visit from Hayley (guest star Phoebe Tonkin, “The Secret Circle”), a werewolf who helped him through the ordeal of breaking his sire-bond to Klaus. Concerned about Elena, as well as his own emotions, Stefan turns to a sympathetic Caroline for advice. Lance Anderson directed the episode written by Brian Young (#403).

After getting into a car accident due to rampant use of his smartphone, Tom (Aziz Ansari) is taken to court and sentenced to one week without looking at a screen of any kind. Without technology, Tom finds it impossible to even do the most basic things such as finding the office, so Ron (Nick Offerman) decides to take Tom to his cabin in the woods so he can “detox” from his technology addiction.

Leslie’s seminar is stopped by her frequent foil, Marcia Langman (Darlene Hunt) of the conservative Society for Family Stability Foundation, and Marcia’s closeted gay husband, Marshall Langman (Todd Sherry), claiming the seminar is against the law. Chris (Rob Lowe) reveals it is true: Pawnee has a law that abstinence-only sex education must be applied city-wide, not just in schools, so the seminar is shut down. Leslie refuses to put up a vote to change the law due to overwhelming public support for it, angering Ann.

She accuses Leslie of not being true to herself, so Leslie retorts that Ann is never herself; she always changes her clothes and attitude when dating a new man, citing her new cowgirl wardrobe as an example. At the next sex education seminar – which is now teaching only abstinence – Leslie finds herself unable to force the abstinence view on the seniors, deciding to toss condoms into the audience. As a result, she is formally censured by Mayor Gunderson. Anticipating further punishment from Chris, Leslie is surprised when he says that she is technically his boss now, and also remarks that her courage is what made him vote for her.

In the wilderness, Tom takes an entire day divulging to Ron everything he does with technology. Saying he is going to buy steaks, Tom uses Ron’s car to go to Best Buy for a new smartphone, only to crash the car due to using it again while driving. Tom later admits that his own life is not so good, which is why he feels the need to be distracted by technology. Ron gives Tom an auto manual to read so he can learn something and also help him fix his car. He advises Tom to learn how to interact with real people and to seek out Leslie for advice should he feel down. Ann and Leslie apologize to each other, with Ann breaking up with her boyfriend and promising to no longer get swept up by every guy she dates. Perd Hapley (Jay Jackson) interviews Leslie about the censure, where she refuses to apologize and vows to work hard to change the abstinence-only law, despite the public backlash she will receive.

In another subplot, Ben (Adam Scott) and April (Aubrey Plaza) meet Congressman David Murray, whose reelection campaign they are working on. April is disturbed by Murray’s (Adam Harrington) almost robotic-like manner and becomes convinced he may actually be a robot. Even Ben becomes put off by Murray’s complete lack of personality, rampant use of generic friendly chat, and non-offensive political talk. Ben later watches in befuddlement as Murray does everything his handlers tell him without a hint of having thoughts of his own, which makes him beloved by his advisors as the perfect political candidate. Ben tells Leslie that he is a bit disillusioned, missing politicians who are passionate like her.

“Sex Education” is the fourth episode of the fifth season of the American comedy television series Parks and Recreation, and the 72nd overall episode of the series. It originally aired on NBC in the United States on October 18, 2012.
